Upgrade Your Podbean Account
You can upgrade your account at any time by clicking the “Upgrade” button in your Podbean dashboard or the "Manage account"> “Billing” >"Subscription" page.
- When you upgrade your account from a lower plan, the system will calculate the unused fee of the lower plan and apply it to the new plan.
- You will only be charged the difference between the two plans.
Renew Your Podbean Account
Automatic Renewal
- Your account will be automatically renewed if your primary payment method (PayPal or Stripe) is active and valid.
Manual Renewal
- If your payment method is unavailable or the renewal fails, you can contact our support team. We will provide you with a custom renewal link to complete your renewal.
