We regret that you have chosen to leave Podbean. To assist you with closing your account, please carefully follow the steps outlined below. Kindly ensure you back up any important data before cancellation.
- Log in to your Podbean account. Go to the "My Account" page at the top-right corner.
- Click on the "Cancel Account" at the bottom of this page.
- You will be required to enter your account password to verify ownership during the cancellation process.

Follow the steps in the cancellation process to finalize your request. Once completed, you will see a message confirming that your account has been canceled.

- If you renew your account via Stripe with your credit card, the subscription will be automatically canceled when you cancel your Podbean account.
- If you renewed your account via PayPal, please make sure that you cancel your subscription in your PayPal account to avoid further charges.
Please note that canceling your account will deactivate it immediately and permanently.
Alternatively, you may turn off auto-renewal to allow the account to remain active until your next billing date.
