Podbean subscriptions are automatically set to renew at the end of each billing period to keep your site live and accessible without interruption.

To discontinue your current subscription, you can turn off auto-renewal to let it expire at the end of the billing cycle. Once the account expires, your podcast feed will stop updating on other platforms, and all content will be permanently deleted 30 days after closure.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. When will my subscription renew, and how can I check the renewal date?
Podbean subscriptions automatically renew on the payment due date (the expiration date). To view your renewal date, log in to your account and go to the "My Account" page.

  2. What happens if my subscription doesn’t renew on time?

If your subscription isn’t renewed, your account will stay active for an additional 7 days, providing a grace period to update your payment. After this period, your account and feed will be locked. If not renewed within 30 days, your content will be permanently deleted.

  3. Will I be notified before my subscription renews?

For annual subscriptions, we’ll send reminder emails 30 days before the renewal date. If you don’t wish to renew, you can turn off auto-renewal before the next payment date.
