Once you're done setting up your campaign and authorizing payment card, our team will review your campaign details. 


Normally your campaign will be approved within 2 business days. At the same time, you will be pre-charged an amount based on your campaign budget. Once the payment is successfully processed, your campaign will be ready to launch.

  • If there are any issues with your campaign that prevent approval (such as inappropriate ad content or incorrect ad category selection), we will email you with guidance on how to fix it.

  • If the charge fails, your campaign won't be able to start. You will receive an email notification. Please check if there’s an issue with your card or update the card info if necessary. We will attempt to charge your card again.


If your campaign stays in "Under Review" status for an extended period without being approved, and you have not received any communication from us, please contact us at contact@podbean.com.


After approval and successful payment, your campaign will go live on the start date you set. You will see the campaign status as "Running" if it is currently live, or "Pending" if it is scheduled to start later.


Please note that once your campaign is approved, you will NOT be able to change its information or settings, including targeting locations, ad files, frequency cap, etc. However, you will be able to manage its podcasts, pause/resume campaign, or to add budget/extend the end date.
