Once you're done setting up your campaign and authorizing payment, our team will review the campaign details and have it ready to go within 2 business days. (If Podbean is creating a recorded spot for you, please allow additional 2-4 days for audio producing.) Ensure your campaign is configured correctly, taking particular care with the ad audio/script.
If your campaign has been in "under review" for an extended period of time without being approved, please contact us at contact@podbean.com.
Once your campaign is approved, your ads will be online based on your campaign start date. Please note that after the campaign is approved, you will not be able to change the information and setting of the campaign, including CPM, frequency cap, ad files, etc. However, you can click on “Action”--> “Extend Campaign” to add campaign budget or extend the end date.
