Podbean supports one-click Spotify submission for audio podcasts from your podcast dashboard. 


This guide explains how to check Spotify submission requirements, submit your podcast to Spotify, and find your Spotify podcast URL after approval.


Here are the simple steps to submit your Podbean podcast to Spotify.

Step 1: Prepare Your Podcast for Submission


Before submitting your podcast to Spotify, make sure your podcast meets Spotify's requirements. For a detailed guide, go to your Podbean podcast dashboard, and navigate to Distribution -> Podcast Apps -> Spotify.



Make sure that your podcast meets the following conditions:

  • Podcast Title & Description
    Provide a unique podcast title and a clear description.

  • Podcast Logo
    Upload an original logo with dimensions between 1400 x 1400 and 2048 x 2048 pixels, in JPG or PNG format.

  • Category
    Select at least one relevant podcast category.

  • Episodes
    Publish at least one episode in MP3 format only, as Spotify only supports MP3 files.


Note: Your podcast should NOT be used to distribute music tracks, DJ mixes, or similar musical content.
Podcasts or episodes that violate this policy will be removed by Spotify, regardless of the licensing status of the music.



Step 2: Submit to Spotify Directory with One-Click


Once your podcast meets all conditions, review and agree to Spotify’s Content Requirements, then click the “Submit to Spotify” button to complete the submission.

  

Your podcast will be submitted to Spotify for review. Once it’s available on Spotify, your Spotify podcast URL will be displayed here.
