By default, Podbean will not use your mobile data to play/download episodes.
If you do not have wifi, the Podbean app allows you to use cellular/mobile data to play/download podcasts. First, please make sure your cellular/mobile data is allowed for Podbean in your device Settings-->Cellular Center/Data Center. Then turn on cellular data in the Podbean app by following the below steps.
1. Tap the person icon on the top right corner on the app home page
2. Find Settings
3. Tap Cellular Controls
4. Turn on Allow Cellular Downloads or Allow Cellular Streaming
