There are many reasons that you could not receive notifications.
1. Notification is turned off. In this case, please check if you turn on notifications on the device settings and the app settings.
2. Unstable network connection. In this case, please check your network first. Also, we send the notification based on Google service. If you could not access Google, the notification will fail.
3. Please notice Apple/iOS controls if an app can send you notifications. If you just started to use an app, iOS normally won’t pass any notification from the app to you. After you use the Podbean app daily for a couple of days and listen to some podcasts for at least 30 minutes or more, Apple/iOS will start to send you the notification from the Podbean App.
