1. Account info
This section manages your basic profile details, security settings, and system preferences.
Profile
Update your public-facing information. You can upload an avatar (JPG, JPEG or PNG format), set your Nickname and add a short Bio to tell people more about yourself.
Login & security
- Account email & Password: View and change the email address and password used to log into your account.
View details steps on how to change your account email or password. - Inactivity Session Timeout: Set the time before you're automatically logged out due to inactivity.
- Two-factor authentication: Enable this for extra account security.

Note: This feature is only available for paid accounts.
System preferences
Set the language for your podcast dashboard.
Email preferences
You can set the email categories you’d like to receive or unsubscribe from.
Close your account
The entrance to close your Podbean account.
2. Billing
This section is divided into three tabs to help you manage your plan, payment methods, and invoices.
Subscription
View your current subscription plan, pricing, and next billing date. You can also click Change plan to upgrade or adjust your subscription.
Payment info
- Billing info: Review and edit your billing email and address.
- Payment method: Review and update the card you have on file.

Invoices
View the invoices under your account. You can click directly on the invoice column to view the specific invoice details.
3. Add-on features
Purchase additional features, such as AI credits, public podcast channels, etc., as needed.
