If users request to add script codes to their podcast account for tracking or other purposes, please first check if they are using a paid plan. For security reason, we do not support free users to add script codes .
For free users, you may reply as,
Sorry, we do not support users adding script codes at the free account level. You may upgrade to a paid plan and then come back to us to enable this feature.
If it is a paid user, you may enable the script feature in their account and guide them on how to add the script code

Go to BO-->User Management--> Advanced manage to enable the function for the user.
