There are 4 kinds of team members supported in Podbean.com.
Contributor:
- Can publish as draft only to the podcast channels for which they are granted publishing permission. The draft content needs to be approved by higher level admins to be published.
Channel Admin:
- Has all the permissions that a Contributor has
- Can publish/edit/delete episodes in the podcast channels for which they’re granted permission
- Can manage the settings of the podcast channels for which they’re granted permission
Admin:
- Has all the permissions that a channel admin has
- Has permission to publish/edit/delete episodes in all podcast channels belonging to the organization
- Has permission to manage all podcast channels belonging to the organization
- Can add/edit/delete channel admins and contributors
Master Admin (Owner):
- Has all the permissions that an Admin has
- Can add/edit/delete Admins
- Can change the account plan
- Can purchase add-on options
- Can change the payment method
