To update the SSO login configuration with Podbean, follow these steps:
1. Access Company Dashboard: Log in to your Podbean company account and access the company dashboard.
2. Navigate to SSO Login Settings: In the left sidebar of your company dashboard, locate and click on the 'Settings' option.
3. Select SSO Login: You should see an option for 'SSO Login'. Click on it to access the SSO configuration settings.
4. Update SSO Information: On the SSO Login page, re-submit the following information as needed:
a. SSO IdP Metadata File: This file should contain the following information:
Entity ID, Connection ID, or External Key
Redirect URL
Public Certificate
b. Email Domain: Once SSO is turned on, users can sign in to Podbean by entering just their email address. This will redirect them to your identity provider's sign-in page, where they can enter their SSO login credentials.
c. SSO Organization Name (optional):This is the alternative option to an email domain. If your users don’t have email addresses with the same organization domain, you can let your users enter this organization name in Podbean’s SSO login. Users will be redirected to your identity provider's sign-in page, where they can enter their SSO login credentials.
d. An SSO Test account: This account will be used to test SSO login after we complete the SSO setup for your organization.
Ensure that you have the correct metadata file with all this information ready for submission.
5. Save Changes: After entering and updating the required information, make sure to save your changes.
6. Test SSO Login: Once you've updated and saved the SSO configuration, it's important to perform a test to ensure that the SSO login is working as expected. It may take about 30 minutes for the new setup to take effect. Use the SSO test account you created to verify that users can successfully log in using SSO.
