Thanks for reaching out. In Podbean, each download is counted as a unique combination of IP + User Agent + File name in 24 hours. Our system determines the location by tracking the IP address. The results only show the range of countries. We can't guarantee the results are one hundred percent accurate. If the system is unable to parse the location of some downloads, these downloads will be counted as "unknown".
