If you are tax-exempt and need to submit/update your tax-exempt information to Podbean, please follow the steps below:


1. Access the Submission Form
Log into your podcast account as the account owner and go to the following link: 

Submit Tax-Exemption Information.


2. Fill Out the Tax-Exempt Info:

  • Exempt Certificate Number:
    Enter your Exempt Certificate Number or the US EIN if not applicable.

  • Certification Effective Date:
    Provide the date your tax-exempt certification became effective.

  • Certification Expiry Date:
    Enter the date your certification expires. If your certification does not have an expiration date, please enter 01/01/2099.

3. Submit Your Information
Once you have completed all required fields, review your information for accuracy and submit the form.
