For private podcast accounts, the “Restrict App Access to Pro/White-label App” setting allows you to control which Podbean app account owners, admins, and private members can use to access your content. When enabled, this setting prevents users from logging into the public Podbean app and restricts access to only the Podbean Pro app or your White-label app (if you have one).
Note: This option will not be visible if there are no private podcasts in your account.
To enable the “Restrict App Access to Pro/White-label App” setting for your private podcast account, follow these steps:
1. Log into your company dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings in the menu, then click on Advanced Options.
3. Under the Access Options section, find the setting labeled “Restrict App Access to Pro/White-label App” and set it to Enable.
4. Save the changes
Once enabled, users will not be able to use the public Podbean app. If they attempt to use the public Podbean app, they will be informed that they need to use the Podbean Pro app or your White-label app (if you have one) to log in.
