1. What are AI Credits?


AI Credits are used when you enable Podbean AI features such as:


Each feature consumes credits based on usage.


2. How do I check my Remaining AI Credits?


You can check your remaining credits when publishing an episode:

  1. Log in to your Podbean account.

  2. Go to Episodes → New Episode.

  3. In the Podbean AI section, you will see “Remaining Credits” displayed on the right side.


This shows how many AI credits you currently have available to use.



3. Where can I check how many AI Credits my plan includes?


To see how many AI credits are included in your subscription:

  1. Go to Account → Add-on Features.

  2. Scroll to the AI Credits section.

  3. You will see a message like:

    “Your current plan contains X,XXX credits/month.”


This tells you how many AI credits are included in your plan each month.


4. Do AI Credits reset every month?


Yes. AI credits included in your subscription reset monthly based on your billing cycle.


Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.


5. How many AI Credits are included in each plan?


The number of AI Credits included depends on the subscription plan.

6. What’s the difference between “Remaining Credits” and “Current plan contains”?

  • Remaining Credits

    → The number of AI credits you currently have left to use.

  • Current plan contains X credits/month

    → The total number of AI credits included in your subscription each month.


7. Can I purchase additional AI Credits?


Yes. You can add more AI credits:

  1. Go to Account → Add-on Features.

  2. In the AI Credits section, enter a multiple of 600 to add credits.

  3. Additional AI credits are billed at:

    • $5/month per 600 credits (monthly plan), or

    • $60/year per 600 credits (annual plan)
